DELIVERY

Delivery within Switzerland is FREE for all orders above CHF 60.-

For all orders which are below this amount, you will be charged a fixed amount of CHF 2.- for the delivery. The socks will be delivered by Swiss mail within 2 to 3 working days (holidays excluded).

At this moment we only deliver in Switzerland under www.paarocks.com. We will offer International delivery soon.

RETURN

Return and Exchange policy

From the moment when you receive our socks you will have 15 days to return them if you are not satisfied.

Please email us the following information at hello@paarsocks.com before you return any goods, we will deal with your return accordingly after receipt:

• state your name, email, order number
• which goods you wish to return
• if you want a replacement or reimbursement (original shipping charges will not be refunded)
• We’d love to hear your feedback too (it helps us to make our socks better).

PAAR will only accept returns of the socks in the perfect and original condition. This means more precisely that the socks, the label and the package are not used and undamaged and the label has not been removed from the socks. All sale items and orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions may be upheld in special circumstances. Email hello@paarsocks.com for more details. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs back to PAAR.

If you have requested an exchange, we will process it as quickly as possible upon receipt. You will receive a confirmation email when processed. Refunds are also processed shortly after receipt.
